A 3-week, in-person course designed for busy, high-achieving people who want to get their thoughts in order and structure their lives with intention.
This isn’t a meditation class or surface-level wellness. It’s a practical, deeply reflective experience for residents who want to stop spinning, get organised, and feel lighter. It’s about taking everything out of your head, putting it on the table, sorting through it, and learning how to build a system that works for your brain and life — so you can think clearly, live intentionally, and actually enjoy where you’re heading.
What It Is
A small group course (max 6 people)
3 x 60–90 min sessions run on-site
Includes a digital or physical workbook
Personal system for clarity, self-awareness, and structure
Course Structure Overview
Week 1: Empty Your Mind & Get Clear
Learn how to create space mentally. Brain dump your internal loops, tasks, stressors and start to see it clearly. We introduce foundational concepts about awareness, attention, and clarity — and begin sorting through what actually matters to you.
Week 2: Understand Your Operating System
Your brain has rules — and learning them changes everything. We look at beliefs, identity, attention, and your inner voice. You’ll begin to see how you’ve ended up where you are and how to reconnect with your intuition and direction.
Week 3: Build the Blueprint
Now that you’ve cleared space and gained insight, we create a plan. You’ll map out what your best self looks like, design a system to hold that version of you steady, and begin embedding the habits, mindsets and structures that support who you’re becoming.
Payment Options
Residents pay directly (£99 early bird / £129 standard)
OR partially/fully subsidised by the building
Why It Works
I’m not offering another drop-in wellness event. I’m creating space for residents to organise their lives, empty their mental clutter, and leave with a personal system that supports them long after the course ends.
Timeframe
I live in Manchester until mid-May and am offering this to only a few buildings. If there’s strong interest, I can add a second group.
